There was an article about the next nominee for the Supreme Court on “The Drudge Report” and quoted a democrat saying “we are at war” and mocking the filibuster agreement from earlier this year.

Let me tell you, this is gonna be a tuff one. The liberals are going to fight this tooth and nail, because the courts and activist judges are all they have left to push their leftist agenda that, quite frankly, the rest of America is fed up with. If anything, when you look at the President Bush’s low approval rating right now, this should prove the election was about values. There isn’t much that has changed since his re-election, if anything things have actually gotten better. So, the liberal media is either attempting to undermine President Bush’s ability to get the job done or, the people who voted for him actually voted for the person that held the same beliefs and core values that most of this country shares. They are tired of the garbage being shoved down their throats by these extreme liberals that hide behind a biased press that sugar coats a horribly corrupt agenda that continues to threaten the very beliefs that this great county was founded upon.

This is where my anxiety kicks in a little. I have a fear that the constant barrage that the republicans take in the media may be taking its toll. I don’t see the same fight in their eyes that the liberals have been showing. I feel they may sway somewhat from the core moral values that got most of them elected, in favor for some kind words in the press. Let’s hope and pray that this isn’t the case. A little written or verbal nudging may not hurt either! So, get ready to contact your local, state and national representatives to respectively remind them of what they need to do to represent the morals of the mainstream Americans that have been too quiet for too long.

I am attaching a website that should be able to link you to all of the government contacts needed.

Link here.

God Bless and keep on prayin'.

Justice For A Justice

So, the Supreme Court has decided that is o.k. for the government to come in and take the land of one private owner and give it to another, if there is a tax base or economic benefit. "Good morning, Pastor," replied the young man, still focused on the plaque.

"Pastor, what is this?" This Is Now

Madonna evidently regrets her “sexual” history now that she is a mother and currently writing children’s books. Here is an opportunity to show the young people today how, even with her millions, Madonna cannot undo the past. The children today are facing daily moral decisions that are imaginable. It’s a tuff world out there for teenagers and the ongoing sexual revolution. Maybe this will help some of them to notice you can’t “undo” some things in life, and an “everybody is doing it” decision today may have to be explained to little eyes that will view you as the perfect person tomorrow. I know a lot of parents try and explain that to their kids now but, who do you think you are? Madonna!

Madonna regrets sexy past
June 13, 2005 8:19 AM EDT

Pop superstar MADONNA regrets letting her ego get the better of her during the 1980s and early 1990s - because she now wishes she hadn't been so raunchy. The MATERIAL GIRL became famous for pushing the boundaries of what was sexually acceptable behaviour in a mainstream pop star. But the 46-year-old, who now has two children and is married to film-maker GUY RICHIE, admits she was courting publicity for all the wrong reasons. She says, "Sometimes I was being overtly sexual for the sake of showing off when I didn't need to be. I think I hurt myself. "Ultimately none of us wants to be judged, or approved of, or loved because of the way we look, or how sexy we are. "One minute I was saying believe in yourself and the next minute I was saying just be sexually provocative for the sake of being sexually provocative. "I was letting it pump my ego, thinking aren't I great, they're writing about me, my picture's on the cover of every magazine, I'm so fabulous." One of these letters complains that this pope will not allow women priests, and that is comparable to telling Catholic women to “go to hell.”

Here it is:

Michaeleen Swanson of Lakeville, Minnesota:
"The morning headlines may as well have read instead: 'Cardinals to Catholic Women: Go to Hell.' We Catholic women have been told for so many years, just hang in there, we are only one death away from change. Well, some of us have hung in there, but every day the handhold is slipping."

Has anyone taken a close look at the consecrated women in our Church lately? Just because sisters and nuns cannot perform the sacraments does not diminish their importance in our daily lives. Furthermore, do even devout Catholics realize that these outstanding women are actually praying for you/us/me every day? This is something that a parish priest cannot do, obviously not diminishing the respect and love of our priests, but they simply cannot devote that kind of time to prayer, with their duties needed to run a parish. Every person in our Church has a role. The role of priest is handled by men, but, that in no way diminishes the value or importance the role women have in our Church, especially if you believe in the power of prayer.

The consecrated women of our Church, need to be respected and honored for the service that they provide to Catholics and the rest of the world, be it sisters out helping others by being hands on, or cloistered nuns that devote their entire lives to Jesus Christ through prayer, or the lay women that perform above and beyond the call of duty, keeping our parishes, schools etc. running smoothly. WE NEED THESE WOMEN!

So, for the unhappy people out there, who try and “equalize” everything and do not understand that the roles men and women have in life may actually be different from one another, please stop degrading the women in our Church by using the priest issue as a feminist platform and actually celebrate the wonderful work Catholic women do so extremely well. Whether consecrated or the laity.

Ladies, the Catholic Church needs you, admires you, respects you, relies on you, honors you, and loves you. Please do not listen to the disrespectful people in the media, who obviously have a hidden agenda, and continue to be inspirations to us all by showing us, first hand, the beauty in Christ.

Where would we be without them?

God Bless.

Catholic Hatred

Be on the lookout for protests going on this weekend at Catholic Churches across the country. The following is from the Catholic League website:

GAYS TO PROTEST AT MASS
On May 15, Pentecost Sunday, a group of radical gay activists plan to enter various Catholic churches across the nation during Mass to stage a protest. The group, Rainbow Sash, has done this in the past and is planning to do so again this Sunday.

They have instructed their members to put the rainbow sash over their left shoulder and pin it to their right hip while the priest is processing to the altar. They are then told to go to Holy Communion and, if refused, to return to their seats in the pew and stand while everyone else is kneeling. The sash, they readily admit, is worn as a symbol of protest against the teachings of the Catholic Church on sexuality.

Catholic League president William Donohue commented as follows:

“Last year, Cardinal McCarrick of Washington, D.C. and Cardinal George of Chicago banned Rainbow Sash members from receiving the Eucharist. Cardinal Mahony of Los Angeles, Archbishop Flynn of St. Paul and Minneapolis and Bishop Clark of Rochester, New York did not ban them. This year Archbishop Flynn has told Rainbow Sash that they will be banned. He explicitly said that ‘the Vatican has communicated to me that it does indeed consider the wearing of the Rainbow Sash during reception of Communion to be unacceptable, a directive I believe all Bishops will adhere to.’

“This year, Rainbow Sash has upped the ante. In its May 2 press release, it said that the purpose of their presence is to ‘counter the lies that Pope Benedict XVI is promoting about our community’; it also said that to many gays and lesbians the new pope is an ‘aggressive homophobe.’

“By calling the pope a liar and a homophobe, Rainbow Sash has finally taken off its mask. We look for them to get what they want—to be denied Communion. We also hope the cops are standing by. I really like this CD. It is mostly slower tempo music but does have a few up tempo songs thrown in, including a reggae song, titled Heaven, that is sure to get stuck in your head. For people who may not know this CD is sung by Fr. Stan Fortuna, a Franciscan priest from the New York area. His site Francesco Productions has many more albums recorded by Father Stan as well as videos, teaching tapes, shirts, etc.. The Adoration CD was $12 plus S&H and you can get a cassette for THREE BUCKS! If you check out the site, you can listen to previews of songs from his many albums. This is my second CD, and if you are looking for some good music to calm your nerves during those heavy traffic days going back and forth to work, I highly recommend checking out this CD.

Fr. According to my e-mail (text below) eBay has agreed to ban consecrated hosts from their site. What an accomplishment for Catholics. Standing up so passionately for what we believe in, and getting the desired results.

Also, a great deal of thanks needs to be given to eBay for their cooperation in this matter. It didn't happen overnight, and took some persuading, but as we all know, changing the heart isn't always easy. BUT, with the power of the Holy Spirit anything is possible and we should definitely thank the folks at eBay for making the correct decision.

Here is the response to my e-mail confirming the ban:

Hello Ronny,

Thank you for your email regarding the sale of the Holy Eucharist by one of our community members. We respect and appreciate your comments regarding this sensitive matter. As you may know, eBay does not sell items itself. Rather, we are a global marketplace for sellers and buyers who transact directly with one another. Each day eBay's sellers list 5 million items on the site, and those sellers decide what items they want to list. eBay did not possess, list or approve the sale of the Eucharist. The buyer and seller completed the Eucharist transaction on April 11th, before eBay even became aware of the listing. As a marketplace, we strive to respect the diverse perspectives of oursellers. We also work hard to promote an open environment for trade. That said, eBay has policies in place to remove listings for illegal items as well as highly offensive listings that promote hate or intolerance. We understand that the listing of the Eucharist was highly upsetting to Catholic members of the eBay community and Catholics globally. Once this completed sale was brought to our attention, we consulted with anumber of our users, including members of the Catholic Church, concerning what course we should take in the future should a similar listing appear on our site. We also consulted with members of other religions about items that might also be highly sacred and inappropriate for sale. As a result of this dialogue, we have concluded that sales of the Eucharist, and similar highly sacred items, are not appropriate on eBay. We have, therefore, broadened our policies and will remove those types of listings should they appear on the site in the future. As always, we welcome and appreciate the assistance of the community in upholding the rules of our site. Should you see another Eucharist listed on our site, we encourage you to notify us so we can take appropriate action. Further, we encourage you to directly communicate with the seller. Members are often unaware that a particular item is offensive to others. A respectful e-mail to the seller is often all that is needed for the seller to voluntarily remove the item. We believe this modification strikes the appropriate balance between respect for our community's values and our goal of providing an open marketplace offering practically anything on earth. Again, we sincerely appreciate your concern and thank you for communicating your views with us. Your input has helped us frame apolicy that will enable us to better serve our diverse community of users around the world.

Regards,
Rafee

Bay Community Watch

What a wonderful time to be Catholic and everyone who sent an e-mail signed a petition or made a phone call should be very proud of this accomplishment. Also, once again, do not forget to thank the people at eBay.

God Bless.

Religious Persecution In China

Take a look at what some Catholics around the globe have to do to practice their faith.

Here is the story from catholicnews.com:

ROME (CNS) -- Members of the underground church in China have sent messages of congratulations to the new pope while urging him not to forget that they are a persecuted community in a country that lacks religious freedom. One underground community of Catholics in northwest China wrote to Pope Benedict XVI asking him "not to forget the suffering church in China" because it struggles "without any freedom at all," said an April 29 report by Asianews, an Italian-based missionary news agency. "Ever since China's religious affairs regulations came into effect March 1, underground Catholic priests must report weekly to religious affairs officials on their activities and must ask public security officials for permission to leave the parish," the Catholic community said in its message to the pope.

eBay Part Two

I e-mailed eBay regarding the consecrated host auction (see below) and received a very "canned" response. Following up on an article, I'll post the link, the very same response had been given to other people who contacted the customer support e-mail. I apologize if I am incorrect here, but I thought I heard someone on "Catholic Answers Live" say eBay pulled the auction, and this does not seem to be the case. The seller appears to have had a change of heart, but if eBay did change their policy, I will gladly send them a thank you card. Unfortunately, I think eBay still allows the sale of consecrated hosts on their website, so I am giving out a link that provides more detailed information than I can, regarding this issue. Please, take a look at the article, send an e-mail and sign the petition. What a wonderful accomplishment this would be for our Catholic community, to have actually taken part in ending the sale of Christ!

Link here for the article written about eBay.

Yoo Hoo Media... Well, just as I thought, within minutes of the announcement, the floodgates opened and angry liberals across the globe started with the typical left wing rhetoric.

What the press fails to mention is the millions of faithful, loyal Catholics that were elated about the election, and that the Cardinals could not have chosen a better person to lead our Church in the midst of this secular society being propagated around the globe. For people who do not know, the Catholic Encyclopedia describes this (the Eucharist) as, "the Lord's Body and the 'Holy of Holies.'

eBay has a policy that states:

eBay has always exercised judgment in allowing or disallowing certain listings consistent with the spirit of a worldwide community. Therefore, eBay will judiciously disallow listings or items that promote or glorify hatred, violence, or racial intolerance, or items that promote organizations (such as the KKK, Nazis, neo-Nazis, and Aryan Nation) with such views. For example, eBay will generally remove items that bear the marks of such organizations, such as relics from the KKK or Nazi helmets.

If you notice the last item, helmets, have been banned. So, if you collect WWII memorabilia, you cannot buy a Nazi helmet for your collection because some people (note some) will use it in an inappropriate manner that is offensive.

The problem here, not everyone who buys the helmet, abuses it's historical meaning. But, there is no way to purchase a consecrated host that would not be sacrilegious (unless you were buying it to avoid the possibility of defilement and to have it disposed of properly.) Fortunately, the seller had a change of heart and pulled the auction.

I am not justifying the sale of such items on eBay's list, but how about some compassion on the part of eBay here. I do not think banning the sale of such religious items will make a dent in their sales.

Even if you are not Catholic, but would like to help, please contact eBay and express your displeasure. More and more the people on the left are trying to remove religion, especially Christianity, from our society.

Look at the last few Christmas seasons, when secularists running city halls and schools have tried to banish any possible religious symbols of the season in what appears to be an anti-Christian movement. Why anti-Christian? Because other, minority religions are celebrated and in most cases, only Christianity is banned.

Come on folks, this is just the beginning, if we do not fight back. Let's say the anti-religion backers get their way, you know it will not stop their. Next, the cross around you neck is offensive, take it off. The parish t-shirt you have on causes my child to feel like an outcast because he/she doesn't have one, we are atheist, stop wearing it. Christmas lights on you home is causing undo emotional stress to the non-believers in your area, take them down.

Sure, this sounds crazy to us in a "free" country, but this is exactly how religious persecution starts.

Just this week, a federal court in Los Angeles insisted against a cross on a hilltop in the Mojave Desert — federal land — come down and suggested that a solution to keep it up, involving a land swap which would put the piece of land in private hands, was a ruse to keep an unconstitutional cross on government land.

A land-swap exactly like it just occurred in San Diego in order for a landmark cross to remain. It was done in San Francisco, too. But it can't be done in this case in the wide-open Mojave Desert. Why? Ya think just maybe somebody's got some animosity for a cross that's so ingrained there is no permissible solution for the cross to remain?

First, it's restricting government land. Then, the people who work or use the government property. Next, who knows?

Where are the pro-abortion people who use the excuse "government should stay out of people personal lives" as the mantra to keep abortion legal? Shouldn't they also be standing up, fighting, to keep the government out of religion too? But, they won't. It is all part of the liberal agenda, hide their ulterior motives with an "it's good for the people" approach, when actually they want and need the people to be dependent on government for survival, not God. This way, the liberal politicians get assured of re-election, therefore even furthering their agenda. This is where the democrat scare tactics come in on election day. Vote for me or you will starve to death!

I agree, the government should not endorse any particular religion, but it should give people the freedom to worship.

Check out the original story here and let's try to get the new judicial nominees passed.

God Bless.

Starving Is The Solution

An ABC news story reports Wisconsin residents support a plan to legalize wild cat hunting, according to voting results released Tuesday. A total of 6,830 voted yes and 5,201 voted no, according to results released by the Department of Natural Resources. The animal rights people are extremely upset over this idea, and maybe they are correct here. Since I do not have all of the facts, I cannot comment except it must have been serious enough of a problem for voters to approve it.

Not trying to label people, but I would be willing to bet a dollar many of the "animal activists" are some of the same liberals that think it is acceptable starve a human being to death. So, here is an idea. Gather up all of the cats, many are probably sick and injured, put them on soft kitty beds and STOP FEEDING THEM!

I understand it is a very quiet, peaceful and humane way to die. Obviously, if it is good enough for people, it must be alright for cats.

My fear would be more people would stand up for the cats than for Terri Schiavo.

More Human Extermination

That's right, another instance of someone being killed by starvation. Again

In an article on stltoday.com, the Boy Scouts are being attacked by the ACLU because the Boy Scout pledge mentions God.

Scouting councils in Missouri, Illinois and across the nation are scrambling to find new sponsors for thousands of Boy Scout troops and Cub Scout packs whose charters are held by taxpayer-funded institutions, including public schools.

My April 4th post "Separation Of Church And State," referenced an article about politicians in France upset about the lowering of the French flag to honor Pope John Paul II. I have met a lot of people that really do not believe that America will become a Godless society due to the fact the U.S. was founded on such beliefs.

An ACLU spokesman, Ed Yohnka, said the group is concerned that public sponsorship of Boy Scout troops tramples on the rights of boys who want to participate in Scouting without publicly pledging allegiance to God.

They are wrong. There are very liberal people out there that want to squash any reference to religion in our society. God, in most major religions, comes with conservative views. This is something that the liberals have a very hard time arguing against. They do not want to go on TV or in the paper and tell people that their God is wrong. That they should listen to the government instead of their religious affiliation. So, the next best thing is to destroy the obstacle. Get rid of, or minimalize, God and religion, to the point that it's core values carry so little weight that it cannot stop them from getting into office and furthering their agenda.

The Boy Scouts of America notified local councils last month that they would have to find private sponsors for troops that currently have formal relationships with public schools and other governmental entities. The directive followed an agreement with the American Civil Liberties Union of Illinois, which said that the direct public sponsorship of Boy Scout troops posed a constitutional conflict because Scouts must pledge "to do my duty to God."

Bork, the son of the one-time Supreme Court nominee, accused the ACLU of overreaching, saying that the civil-liberties group had been "relentless in its assault on the Boy Scouts over the last 25 years."

"It defies common sense to think that a public entity like a school is somehow establishing a religion by sponsoring a bunch of 7-year-old Scouts," he said.

Issues such as these are happening every day. Very quietly, the extremists are hacking away at our right to freedom of religion.

Now, here is the bright side.

The Boy Scouts disagree that the formal ties binding public schools and Scout troops are improper. But the Scouting organization, which is based in Irving, Texas, volunteered to find new sponsors rather than strike the reference to God from its oath or put individual school districts at risk of being sued, said Robert Bork Jr., a Boy Scouts of America spokesman.

Right on guys, fight the good fight!

Here is the oath that is so offensive:

On my honor I will do my best To do my duty to God and my country and to obey the Scout Law; To help other people at all times; To keep myself physically strong, mentally awake, and morally straight.

Whoa! Scary!

Now lets start cleaning up the COURTS!

Well.. that's another post.

God Bless.

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://ronny05.blogspot.com/2005/04/anti-god-again.html' title='Anti-God... Amen.
"Keep watch, because you do not know which day when the Lord will come" (Matthew 4, 42) - These words remind me of the final call, which will come the moment that the Lord will choose. I desire to follow Him and desire that all that is part of my earthly life shall prepare me for this moment. I do not know when it will come, but, like all else, this moment too I place into the hands of the Mother of My Master: Totus Tuus. In the same maternal hands I place All those with whom my life and vocation are bound. Into these Hands I leave above all the Church, and also my Nation and all humanity. I thank everyone. To everyone I ask forgiveness. I also ask prayers, so that the Mercy of God will loom greater than my weakness and unworthiness.
During spiritual exercises I reflected upon the testament of the Holy Father Paul VI. This study has led me to write the present testament.
I leave behind me some property which necessitates disposal. Regarding those items of daily use of which I made use, I ask that they be distributed as may appear opportune. My personal notes are to be burned. I ask that Don Stanislaw (his personal secretary, Archbishop Stanislaw Dziwisz) oversees this and thank him for the collaboration and help so prolonged over the years and so comprehensive. All other thanks, instead, I leave in my heart before God Himself, because it is difficult to express them.
Regarding the funeral, I repeat the same disposition given by the Holy Father Paul VI. (Notes in margin): Burial in the bare earth, not in a tomb, 13.3.92 (March 13, 1992).

original link here

Angry Liberals...Again

According to the New York Observer, (link on Drudge) Warren Beatty, Senator Jon Corzine, David Geffen, Viacom co-chief Tom Freston, Barry Diller, Tina Brown and Gwyneth Paltrow will be participating in a liberal "blog" being launched by columnist Arianna Huffington in the next month. That, it was a shame that he had to be "reduced" to the "frail" person we got so used to seeing over the past years. That he was "weak" and that he should retire and rest until death.

PHOOEY! What I saw was a determined, strong, passionate man that worked for our salvation down to the very last minute of of life. These last few years was when he was at his best! How many people have normal physical abilities to ski, climb and be active in their everyday lives? Now, how many people, suffering, battling daily, take the time to keep going and helping other people? Not because they have too, but because they want to? Refusing to stop, refusing to give up, refusing to quit. The way Pope John Paul II carried his daily cross with dignity, grace and courage, was an inspiration, not weakness. I pray, that in a time of adversity, I will have half of the strength our Holy Father had.

Pope John Paul II Died, He Was 84

For more info and a Q&A forum:

<a href="http://www.ewtn.com/JohnPaul2/_mourning/_mourning_splash.asp"taget="new">click here

Are Atheists Pro Life?

O.K., O.K. maybe I have completely lost my mind but, hear me out. With everything going on with Terri Schiavo and the Pope, the issue of life is at the forefront of society, at this time, even more so than with the abortion issue (after all it isn't an election year). Unfortunately, it has been my experience, people who believe in abortion hang on to those beliefs, barring a life changing event that happens to them personally. Abortions are a tragedy people cannot see, a stick your head in the sand issue. But, this is different. Anyone from young to old, child bearing years or not, black or white, has to deal with their own, or a loved ones, loss of life. So.... where are the atheists views on all of this? They may have been out there, but I haven't seen them. So I looked. I found "The Official Web Site of American Atheists" which I will be getting my info from. I found that their whole agenda, everything they do, revolves around eliminating God. Here is an excerpt directly from this site:

We Are Atheists Because...
There is no proof of the existence of god.
There is no need of, or use for, a god.
A good god would be useless if it were not powerful.
A powerful god would not deserve worship if he were not good.
There is no all-powerful good god; otherwise there would be no imperfection.
If this is the best world god can make, the stories of Heaven must be lies.
History shows that godism is accompanied by ignorance and superstition.
There has never been such intolerance and persecution as godists have practiced.
Godism had to be fought when humankind made its successive steps toward science, liberty, and reform.
Godism was invented in the earliest days of mankind's ignorance. It is incredible that primitive humans guessed wrongly about everything else, but discovered the truth about the origin of life. Everything about which science has discovered the origin was claimed previously to have been the work of a god. Godism recedes when a new fact is discovered. No new discovery ever supports a theistic explanation of anything.
All revelation proves, on investigation, to be human, and generally fraudulent.
Godism is consistent with crime, cruelty, envy, hatred, malice, and uncharitableness.

This pretty much clears it up. When an atheist dies, that's it, ka-plooey, gone, dusted, axed, wacked, worm food, pushin' up daisy's, do not pass go and do not collect $200. And to further this point, here's more:

There is no heavenly father.Humankind must protect the orphans and foundlings, or they will not be protected.
There is no god to answer prayer.Man must hear and help man.
There is no hell.We have no vindictive god or devil to fear or imitate.
There is no atonement or salvation by faith. We must face the consequences of our acts.
There is no beneficent or malevolent intent in nature.Life is a struggle against preventable and unpreventable evils. The cooperation of humankind is the only hope of the world.
There is no chance after death to "do our bit."We must do it now or never.
There is no divine guardian of truth, goodness, beauty, and liberty. These are attributes of humankind. We must defend them or they will perish from the earth.

So, let me get this straight. Life is like riding a bull. Get up... hang on.... and don't let go.... When it's over, the clock stops and your done!

Now, lets keep all of this in mind. If this is true, wouldn't you think "life" would be at the top of the atheist agenda, not trying to stop other people beliefs (maybe I shouldn't be giving them hints.) But, at the top of the atheist "creed" if you will, should be, protect life at all costs! Because you don't get anything else. Atheists should be standing hand in hand with the faithful, outraged at the travesty Terri has gone through, protecting life! An atheist should have in their living will "put me on every freakin' machine you can get your hands on. And a generator, you have to get a generator!" If they have no belief in heaven or hell, life is all they have. Even hooked up to a machine, the body, cells and fiber of your being is still ALIVE. You would still be part of this world, living and breathing, whether you are conscious or not. They should be fighting tooth and nail for this protection, for the unborn, the disabled the elderly, the sick etc..

You see, the problem with atheism is, they have no reason for morals. A society cannot function with out the moral fabric that holds it together. Humanity needs morals, without them we are animals. Their whole "view" doesn't allow people to trust them. People have no reason to trust an atheist if there is no fear of retribution. No God to eventually "even things out." They don't even have an agenda that promotes anything good or decent. Everything revolves around removing God from society (if you have read the news, you know how well that is working out for public schools.) Removing what so much of us hold dear.

If they were smart (I know, leave it alone) they would change their views and put "life" at the top of the atheist creed, stand with the "believers" and cry foul in this culture of death.

BUT... where were/are they? You will not find them because they are part of the left. Denying God has a more profound meaning to them than protecting the only thing their belief system gives them, life.

So in closing, all you atheists out there, climb up... to the highest mountain... deeply inhale... and scream at the top of you lungs... I AM PRO LIFE!!!

...now, don't you feel better? I do.

God Bless.

Pope John Paul II's Passing... Frank Pavone, a Roman Catholic priest. He added: "This is not only a death, with all the sadness that brings, but this is a killing, and for that we not only grieve that Terri has passed but we grieve that our nation has allowed such an atrocity as this and we pray that it will never happen again."

I had a long post typed out, but I think this says it all right now.

God Bless you Terri.

First Post Jitters

Well... here it goes, my first post and I am actually nervous about it. Why, you may ask, it's only a blog. Well I am not of the computer generation, sharing everything "online." So, putting your thoughts and opinions onto the world wide web is a little unusual for me. To me, it's as if everyone in the world can hear me whisper. But, the great thing about it is... Everyone in the world can hear me whisper! So, here it goes.....

Why the name "Catholic, Conservative, and Loving It?" That is easy. This name conveys, in five easy words, how I feel about life, politics, family, friends, this country and the world. Most people who read the title will automatically have a vision of what I stand for (maybe good, maybe bad depending on what side you are on) and possibly a few questions, hopefully that will spark some interest, but those questions will come in time.

So, enjoy and God Bless!
